The branding concept draws inspiration from Clifton Village 60's charm and the interior's vision of mid-century aesthetics. The aim was to take inspiration from the past - while simultaneously feeling contemporary.
The identity is bold, angular it has a strong rhythm and blends in with contemporary and timeless aesthetics. The brand language consists of geometric illustrations based on the building’s exterior and is implemented into the brand by using it at abstract crops.
Drawing inspiration from the name "ZEPHYR" meaning "Soft gentle breeze" a series of typography sequences were formed to add a contemporary twist to the overall narrative.
In addition to the Instagram posts, a sleek website concept was designed to attract potential tenants.
